Return Policy - Apparel

We want you to love your Beachouse apparel. If something isn’t right, we offer FREE returns within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery. Faulty items can be returned or exchanged at any time within the 30-day window.

Exchanges: Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange for another size or colour, subject to stock.

How to return: Drop your item in at Beachouse Gym Bondi, Level 1, 180 Campbell Parade, Bondi Beach NSW 2026, or email matty@beachousebondi.com with your order number and we’ll send you a free prepaid Australia Post return label to download and print.

Return costs: Returns are free. There are no restocking fees.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
