What is your returns policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. If your item is faulty or damaged, you have exactly 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return with us.
How do I send an item back?

All return shipping must be arranged, paid for, and handled by the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit back to us.
What is the inspection process?

Once your return arrives, our team will fully inspect the item to verify the fault or damage. To be eligible for a resolution, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and have all original tags still attached.
When will my return be resolved?

After the inspection is complete and approved, we will notify you and process your replacement or refund. Please note that if the item does not pass our inspection criteria, it will be returned directly to you.
